Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited announced a 12 per cent year-over-year revenue increase to ₹231.3 crore for Q3FY25, according to its financial results released on February 13, 2025. The stainless steel pipe manufacturer saw exports rise dramatically by 153 per cent compared to the same period last year.

The company reported EBITDA of ₹37 crore with 16 per cent margins for the quarter, while profit after tax stood at ₹18 crore, maintaining an 8 per cent margin. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, Venus Pipes achieved ₹700 crore in revenue, reflecting 21 per cent growth over the previous year.
Managing Director Arun Kothari attributed the strong performance to increased penetration in international markets, particularly in the U.S., Middle East, and Africa. The company revealed that exports now account for 38.5 per cent of quarterly revenue.

Venus Pipes continues to progress on its Phase 1 capital expenditure project, with its high-grade stainless and titanium welded tubes facility on track for completion by March 2025. The company has also secured an additional ₹8.16 crore from warrant holders in February, bringing total proceeds to ₹35.06 crore to date.
Despite sluggish domestic demand, Venus Pipes remains focused on expanding its product range and manufacturing capabilities.
