Revolt Motors, a leading electric motorcycle company in India, has announced its expansion into Nepal with plans to open its first showroom in Kathmandu next month. The company has partnered with Nepal’s MV Dugar Group to establish fifteen showrooms across major Nepalese cities within the next 3-4 months.
At 12.13 pm today, the shares of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited were trading at ₹42.85, up by ₹0.80 or 1.90 per cent on the NSE.
The flagship store in Kathmandu is set to open in April 2025 and will feature Revolt’s full product range, including the RV400, RV400 BRZ, RV1, RV1+, and the newly launched RV BlazeX. Accessories, merchandise, and after-sales service will also be available at all dealership locations.
Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, the parent company of Revolt, highlighted Nepal’s importance as a strategic market due to its emphasis on clean energy and increasing demand for sustainable transportation. She also mentioned plans for further expansion into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Moti Lal Dugar, Chairman of Dugar Brothers & Sons, expressed confidence that Revolt’s electric motorcycles will appeal to Nepalese customers as awareness of eco-friendly transportation grows.
Following a successful entry into Sri Lanka, Revolt plans to offer early-bird promotional offers to encourage the adoption of electric motorcycles in Nepal. The company will also provide comprehensive training to dealership personnel.
