Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, has secured orders worth ₹1,234 crore for the supply of solar modules from existing customers.
The shares of Premier Energies Limited were trading at ₹983 down by ₹16.75 or 1.68 per cent on the NSE today at 10.55 am.

The order supplies are scheduled to commence from April 2025, as per the announcement. The company received two domestic orders which are classified as one-time in nature. Premier Energies also clarified in its filing that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded these contracts, and the transactions do not fall under related party transactions.
Following the announcement, the company has temporarily closed its trading window from February 14 to 15, with reopening scheduled for February 16, 2025.
