Magellanic Cloud Limited announced a 19.6 per cent quarter-on-quarter increase in profit after tax to ₹29.2 crore for Q3 FY25, up from ₹24.4 crore in the previous quarter.

The IT services and e-surveillance company reported revenue from operations of ₹151.4 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, representing a 15.3 per cent year-on-year growth compared to ₹131.4 crore in Q3 FY24, though showing a 3.7 per cent sequential decline from Q2 FY25.
EBITDA rose to ₹55.6 crore, up 9.5 per cent year-on-year and 7.6 per cent quarter-on-quarter, with EBITDA margin standing at 36.7 per cent.
During the quarter, Magellanic Cloud received recognition as a training provider under the Skill India Mission’s PMKVY 4.0 program and successfully launched its AI-powered video analytics platform, Scanalitix, in international markets including the US, Canada, Oman, and Dubai.
The company also achieved AWS Select Partner status for its subsidiary Motivity Labs and secured a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract for Generative AI technology development.
“Q3 has been a breakthrough period for Magellanic Cloud,” said Global CEO & MD Joseph Sudheer Thumma, highlighting the company’s strategic initiatives in fiber, 5G, IoT sectors, and expansion in e-surveillance operations across Window-ATMs and the Northeast region.
