Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has entered the Waste Water Management and Effluent Treatment segment, receiving a ₹19.62 crore first-year contract from Tindivanam Pharma Park Association in Chennai. The company announced today that it aims to generate a ₹1,000 crore order book in this segment within the next 18 months.
The shares of Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) closed at ₹477.45 down by 3.25 per cent on the NSE today.
The Mumbai-based facilities management firm has built a specialised team of over 20 professionals with expertise in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) processes. This team, with a combined 200 years of experience, includes veterans from various Industrial Development Corporations and the private sector.
“This segment presents tremendous opportunity for sustainable and profitable growth,” said Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole-time Director at KISL, citing increasing regulatory focus on environmental compliance.
KISL, which currently serves 369 customers across 2,487 locations in India, plans to target similar manufacturing clusters nationwide to provide sustainable waste management solutions. The company has been executing turnkey projects since 2019 but formalised its push into this sector at the beginning of FY25.
This strategic move represents an effort to develop higher-margin, technology-led business operations that will allow KISL to move up the value chain within the integrated facility management industry.
