KIOCL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, reported a net loss of ₹4,779 lakhs for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, according to a regulatory filing made on February 13, 2025. This marks a significant downturn compared to the profit of ₹3,903 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The shares of KIOCL Limited were trading at ₹258.50 down by ₹2.55 or 0.98 per cent on the NSE today at 2.45 pm.

The company’s revenue from operations for Q3 FY2025 stood at ₹18,055 lakhs, a substantial decrease from ₹54,948 lakhs reported in the same period last year. Total expenses decreased to ₹23,844 lakhs from ₹52,420 lakhs year-on-year, but still exceeded the quarter’s revenue.
The pellet plant segment, which is KIOCL’s primary business, recorded a loss of ₹5,280 lakhs for the quarter. The company’s total revenue, including other income, was ₹19,122 lakhs against total expenses of ₹23,844 lakhs.
