Cyient DLM Limited has secured a strategic avionics manufacturing contract from Thales, announced during Aero India 2025. Under the agreement, Cyient DLM will produce high-reliability Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) for Thales’s next-generation flight avionics systems.
The shares of Cyient DLM Limited were trading at ₹420.45down by ₹13.85 or 3.19 per cent on the NSE today at 2.05 pm.

The manufactured PCBAs will be deployed in commercial aircraft platforms, with Cyient DLM leveraging its expertise in high-reliability electronics. The collaboration aims to strengthen Cyient DLM’s position in the global Aerospace & Defense manufacturing ecosystem.
Deepak Talwar, Vice-President Group Procurement at Thales, emphasized the company’s commitment to the “Make in India” vision through partnerships with local manufacturers. Anthony Montalbano, CEO of Cyient DLM, expressed honor at being selected for the program.
Cyient DLM, established in 1993 and listed on the NSE as CYIENTDLM, specializes in Design Led Manufacturing solutions for safety-critical electronics in regulated industries. The company offers design, manufacturing, testing, precision machining, and certification support services.
The contract signing took place at Aero India 2025, with Kaushal Jadia, CTO of Cyient DLM, and Deepak Talwar representing their respective companies at the event.
