Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIL) has launched its inaugural electric scooter, the e-Access, at the India Mobility Expo 2025. This scooter is equipped with a 3.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, which allows for a travel range of 95 kilometers on a single charge. It boasts a top speed of 71 km/h and offers both portable and fast charging solutions, with full charging times of approximately 6 hours and 42 minutes and 2 hours and 12 minutes, respectively.
Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel: A Move Towards Carbon Neutrality
Suzuki has also rolled out the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel, a sporty motorcycle that features a 250 cc BS VI-compliant engine. This bike can operate on E85 fuel, a mixture of gasoline and ethanol, thanks to upgrades such as a redesigned injector, fuel pump, and fuel filter. With sustainability in mind, this motorcycle underscores Suzuki’s dedication to reducing carbon emissions.
New 125 cc Access Scooter and Showcasing Iconic Bikes
In addition to the electric scooter, Suzuki has unveiled a new 125 cc Access scooter that comes with a single-cylinder, LED lighting, 4-stroke engine, along with a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster. The company also showcased high-performance models such as the GSX-8R, V-Strom 800 DE, Hayabusa, and the GSX-R1000R race machine.
Suzuki Strengthens Commitment to India’s Two-Wheeler Market
Toshihiro Suzuki, President of Suzuki Motor Corporation, emphasized that India is the company’s largest market.

The e VITARA is powered by a 61 kW battery pack, offering a range of over 500 km on a fully charged battery. To ensure convenience, Maruti Suzuki has announced fast charging support in more than 100 cities across India. Additionally, customers will receive a smart home charger with their purchase.
