The Hero Xtreme 250R was officially launched at the Auto Expo 2025 today, starting at Rs 1.80 lakh. This bike is motivated by a 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that showcases an aggressive street-fighter aesthetic, highlighted by a distinctive LED headlight, a sculpted fuel tank, and sharp lines. The tank extensions blend smoothly into its overall design, while the side panel and the tail section come together cohesively, enhancing the bike’s bold appearance. The Hero Xtreme 250R is offered in three striking color variants, complete with eye-catching graphics.
Sturdy Steel Trellis Frame with Advanced Suspension and Safety Features
The design of the Hero Xtreme 250R includes a durable steel trellis frame, complemented by a 43 mm upside-down (USD) fork at the front and a preload-adjustable mono-shock at the rear.
It is equipped with single-disc brakes on both wheels and rides on 17-inch wheels, featuring switchable ABS to enhance rider safety.
Additionally, the bike comes equipped with a digital instrument cluster that provides various features and information for the rider.
Powerful 250cc Engine Paired with a Six-Speed Gearbox
The Hero Xtreme 250R is powered by a 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that generates 29 hp at 9,250 rpm and produces 25 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm.
This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, delivering outstanding performance. Notably, this engine platform will also be utilized in the upcoming XMR 250, a fully-faired motorcycle.

The electric Creta is equipped with Hyundai’s latest safety technology, including ADAS Level 2, which comprises 19 advanced safety features such as Front Blind Spot Collision Avoidance, Collision Warning, Smart Cruise Control, and Lane Keeping Assist to guarantee a secure and intelligent driving experience.
